MLB Gameday provides data files describing every pitch for most games, beginning in the 2007 season. This drawing illustrates the data fields. I've drawn heavily from Alan M. Nathan's description of the gameday fields, Mike Fast's many useful articles, and John Walsh's strike zone exploration at the Hardball Times.
You can also download the complete model at Google Sketchup 3D-Warehouse and play with it in 3-D!
