To use data, you have to trust it. Infochimps' datasets are linked to sources so you can understand where your data came from.

Multiple formats

Infochimps' datasets can have multiple downloads, each in a different format (Excel, CSV, YAML, etc.). Infochimps will package all data for a download into a single archive file in your choice of format (either Zip or tarball).

Free data vs. data for sale

All available downloads were created by Infochimps users just like you. Users can sell datasets at a price they choose or they can decide to share them for free.

Free Downloads

You will be able to download the data over and over again, anytime you want.

Priced Downloads

Once you've purchased and started the download, you'll have 24 hours to complete it. To download the data after this time you'll need to purchase it again.
