Note: 1994 to 2002 Current Population Survey/Housing Vacancy Survey (CPS/HVS) estimates are weighted based on the 1990 decennial census.

Beginning in the 2003, the CPS/HVS estimates will be ontrolled to independent housing unit counts and reweighted based on the 2000

decenial census. The 2002 annual estimates will be revised when 2003 annual data are released on the Internet
